Deep Listening
Deep Listening is a practice championed by composer, performer, and philosopher, Pauline Oliveros (1932-2016). Deep Listening is both a contemplative practice, encouraging participants to be fully in the moment by paying close attention to sound, movement, and imagination (dreams); and a radically inclusive form of guided, community creative practice. Deep Listening is a central part of my leadership philosophy and practice.
