Consulting

I am available to consult on broad institutional issues, or specific institutional challenges. I am also for site visits and institutional assessments. It is important to get a clear picture of where you are, before deciding on where you are going.  I interview faculty, staff, and students, look at pertinent data, and collaborate with your team to help formulate a picture of your strengths, opportunities, and self-identity.  I can then help you figure out the best path forward to set your program apart and take advantage of your institution’s unique strengths. My goal is to empower your institution to reach its full potential.

I can lead workshops of two hours, two days, or any duration that fits your institution’s needs.

I am available to work with organizational leaders as an executive coach. With over 30 years of high-level leadership experience, I can help you elevate your leadership skills. The coaching relationship can be long or short term, depending on your specific needs.
